BIOGRAPHY
Born in Neuchâtel in 1968, Nathalie FLURI is a graduate of the University of Lausanne Law School (lic. jur. 1989) and obtained a Master degree in European and commercial law at the University of London (LL.M. 1994 at the London School of Economics and Political Science).
In 1990, she worked as Lawyer in a Swiss Insurance Company and then as Law clerk at the Supreme Court of the Canton de Vaud (Civil and Criminal Divisions; 1990 – 1993).
Back from London, she began her traineeship with Piaget, Renaud, Didisheim, Burnand & Chevrier, Attorneys-at-law, in Lausanne (1994-1996) and then worked in several law firms, mainly as partner. In 2001, she launched the commercial law firm Budin & Partners in Lausanne, where she acted as Partner. Then, she created FLURI & Partner in 2007.
In parallel, since 2000, she is active as External adviser in project leading with the Consulting Company Itéral Management SA, in Lausanne. Several times, she presented a lecture in Contract law, in particular in partnership with Itéral Management and the Centre Romand de Promotion du Management on the subject: “Les contrats dans la gestion de projet” ("The contracts in the project management"), within different private Companies.
She is a member of the Franco-Swiss network of lawyers Lemanjuris ( http://www.lemanjuris.com ).
